Terms of Business

Prior to the initial consultation you will be asked to complete a fairly extensive health questionnaire and 3-day diary. The forms will need to be completed and returned seven days prior to your appointment. If I do not receive them by this time, valuable appointment time will be taken up having to go through this information.

The initial package fee of £280 is payable upfront. All subsequent consultations must be paid for prior to appointments.  Appointments can be cancelled without loss of fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment date.  The full fee will be payable if appointments are not cancelled within this time.

Email/phone policy

I’m afraid that it is impossible for me to guarantee a response to calls and emails between appointments. Brief yes/no queries are acceptable but if a lengthy reply is required, you will be advised to book a 15 minute slot (either telephone or email, whichever is preferable).

If you would like to find out more about, please email to book an introductory call. However, please be advised that no advice or case details can be taken at this stage. This is for insurance purposes.

All clients must read and  sign both the BANT terms and GDPR documents before or during the initial consultation.  It is important that clients understand that a Nutritional Therapist can never claim to treat or heal a person.  The primary role of a Nutritional Therapist is that of a guide.

The information provided is for educational purposes and should never be considered a substitute for medical advice.

Nutritional Therapy is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition.

If you are on any prescription medications  you should check with your GP before commencing any supplement programme or dietary changes as these may be contraindicated with some medications.

A small commission (10% or less) is taken on a few of the functional tests recommended, owing to the time needed to interpret the results between appointments.

Supplement commission is split with the client. You will receive around 10% off all supplements ordered via The Natural Dispensary with my practitioner discount.
